Saturday Rides Starting from Starbucks in Rosemount, MN
If you want to ride Saturday, get out there early, because the weather forecast says it’s supposed to start raining by the 10:00 hour all the way through 7:00 Sunday. Therefore, our ride this weekend will start Sunday at 9:00. We’ll ride in a clockwise direction to Brick Oven Bakery in Northfield.

We’ll stop at the Hyland Lake Park Reserve visitor center, which is 24 miles into the ride and has food and drinks. This 57-mile ride should take us about 3.5 hours. Sunday morning it will be 52°F to 60°F, with sunny skies and a light north wind at about 4 mph.
