Saturday’s ride will start fromStarbucks at 8:00, and our route will be Rosemount to Cannon Falls clockwise. As usual, we’ll stop at Sweet Kneads Bakery Cannon Falls. The “anything goes” part of the ride will start after we get to Hwy 3 in Empire.

I hope you’ve had a good off season and have been able to ride this Winter. The weather is finally warming up enough for us to ride outside, rather than on our smart trainers. As we transition into spring, it's a great time to reconnect with the open road and enjoy the fresh air. Remember to check your gear, charge your batteries, and enjoy the warmer days on your bike.

This Saturday, we’ll start our ride from Rosemount at 10:00 and head to Sweet Kneads Cannon Falls Bakery via Hampton. This is a new, temporary 56-mile route that avoids two Dakota County construction projects on our normal route. Some of us rode this route in September and enjoyed the new roads.

Saturday, we’re going to ride from Rosemount to Cannon Falls via Hastings. This new route is 63 miles and has just 1,600 feet of elevation. We’ll be taking this longer route, because there’s road work at the intersection of CR46 and CR85 through November. Our rest stop will be at Sweet Kneads Cannon Falls Bakery, which is just past the half-way point, and return to Rosemount via our normal route.

Saturday morning, starting at 8:00, we’re going to ride south from Rosemount to Cannon Falls in a clockwise direction. We’ll stop for treats at the bakery in Cannon Falls.

We rarely ride the same route two weeks in a row, but this week we are going to ride to Cannon Falls in a counterclockwise direction again. This Saturday, it will be warmer and less windy than last Saturday, so we’ll be leaving Starbucks at 08:00. During the ride, it should be sunny, with temps from 43F to 60F, and winds SE at 6 to 13 mph.

We’re going to return to the road Saturday. We’ll leave Starbucks at 1PM and head south toward Cannon Falls in a counterclockwise direction. This 55-mile route, which has about 1000 feet of elevation, is one of our favorites. During the ride, it should be sunny, with temps from 51F to 55F, and winds SE at 17 mph.

It looks like the rain may not arrive until Sunday, so today’s ride will start at 8:00. It will be mainly cloudy with a small chance of a stray shower or thunderstorm, temps from 72 to 80 degrees, and SE winds at 7 to 9 mph.

Saturday’s ride will be from Rosemount to Cannon Falls counterclockwise. This 55-mile loop is quite flat with just 1000 feet of climbing. We’ll stop in Cannon Falls for food and drinks before returning to the start.

This week's ride is going to be a good one. We will be cycling along the Cannon River, Lake Byllesby, and through the beautiful farm fields of Dakota County. We are going to follow our usual 57-mile loop from Rosemount to Cannon Falls, going clockwise. The ride will start at 08:00, so don't forget to set your alarms and be on time. Once we reach Cannon Falls, we'll take a break to refuel and rest before heading back home.

Saturday’s ride will be via our Cannon Falls route counterclockwise. We will leave Starbucks in Rosemount at 8:00, as usual for this time of year. This 55-mile route has about 1,000 feet of climbing and a stop at Sweet Kneads Cannon Falls Bakery, which was formerly known as Hi-Quality Bakery.
