This week’s ride will be from Rosemount to Edina via the Minnesota Valley State Trail clockwise, starting at 8:00. We’ll stop at the Hyland Lake Park Reserve visitor center, which is 25 miles into the ride and has food and drinks. This 55-mile ride should take about 3 hours, plus stops.

Saturday morning will be sunny with temps from 53°F to 65°F, and light NW winds from 5 to 7 mph. For the next few months, at least, you should wear sunscreen during our rides to protect your skin from cancer-causing UV rays. Here’s a guide to the signs and symptoms of melanoma.
