Saturday Rides Starting from Starbucks in Rosemount, MN
We are seeking three volunteers to help us identify and select a community champion for the club to honor. These volunteers will work together to establish specific criteria for the award, carefully review all candidates, choose the most deserving winner, and then present the award at our upcoming annual Winter Gathering. This is a meaningful opportunity to celebrate someone who has made a significant impact within our cycling community.
Read MoreWe’re going to try a new route to Shakopee this week. This 63-mile route is an extension of our Tour of Bloomington route and we’ll do it counterclockwise. In Shakopee, we’ll stop at the Donut Connection for coffee and pastries. The weather should be nice with partly cloudy skies, temps from 64 to 76 degrees, and a 7 mph west wind. The ride will leave Rosemount at 08:00.
Read MoreThis week, we will be riding the Cannon Falls route clockwise. We will leave Starbucks at 08:00, which will be our normal summertime start time. In Cannon Falls, we'll stop at Hi-Quality Bakery for some pastries and a pit stop. The 56-mile route should take us three hours to complete.
