Saturday Rides Starting from Starbucks in Rosemount, MN
The weather Saturday will be less than ideal, so I’m scheduling our ride for Sunday morning. The ride will start Sunday from Starbucks at 8:00, and our route will be Rosemount to St. Paul clockwise. There are a couple of restrooms on the route at miles 13 and 30, so we can stop as needed. We need to keep everyone together until the “anything goes” part of the ride starts at Dodd Road.

Saturday is Global Fat Bike Day, so I thought we should celebrate again this year with a ride on the Minnesota River Bottoms Trail. This is an easy, flat trail that anyone can ride. We won't have snow to ride on this weekend, so you can also use a mountain or cycle-cross bike.
Read MoreSaturday, we’ll start our ride from Rosemount at 10:00 and follow our Revenna Trail route in a clockwise direction. We will make a short stop at Lock and Dam #2. Bring extra food and drink, because there won’t be any available during the ride. The intersection of CR 46 and 85 should have been paved this week, so we should be able to get through there fairly easily.
