It’s going to be another windy day this week, and we will celebrate my 50th birthday by riding to Cannon Falls and stopping at Hi-Quality Bakery for a treat before returning to Rosemount. The 56-mile ride will start at 08:00. The weather forecast for the ride is sunny with temps 69 to 79 and winds SSE at 9 to 11 mph.

If you’d like to buy our club kit, we have arm warmers, jerseys, and bib shorts — four each in the most popular sizes. We’ll give preference to riders who don’t already own our kit and anyone interested in buying all three items. Contact me (Cory) if you’re interested and I’ll let you know what’s available and your cost. We also have our one-size-fits-all custom socks available for just $7 each and you may purchase those before or after our rides.

Members who paid dues by May 31 may pick up their socks before or after our rides. Also, anyone who hasn’t picked up their kit order may due so before or after our rides.
