This week, we’re going to ride from Rosemount to Prior Lake via Black Dog Lake counterclockwise. This 50-mile loop includes a stop at the street market in downtown Prior Lake. Due to construction on Diamond Path at 140th Street, we will return to Starbucks via Evermoor and Shannon Parkways.

With temps from 63 to 73 degrees and partly-cloudy skies, it will be cooler than we’re used to. If we’re lucky, we may have a tail wind at the beginning and end of the ride, because the wind direction is expected to change throughout the day.

Congratulations to Sepp Kuss, who became the first American to wear the leader’s jersey at a grand tour since Chris Horner ten years ago. Will Kuss also become the first American grand tour winner since Horner won La Vuelta?
