This week, starting at 08:00 from Starbucks, we’re heading west to Prior Lake and stopping at Edelweiss Bakery before returning to Rosemount. We’ll avoid flooding at Black Dog Lake trail by staying on high ground near Hwy 13 in Eagan and Burnsville. This is a 49-mile loop with 1900 feet of climbing.

Saturday’s weather is looking better than it has been, with sunny skies, light winds, but with temps only from 51 to 62 degrees. Speaking of the weather, if it cooperates, we’ll do a ride on Memorial Day.
