What a difference a week makes. This Saturday morning, it will be mostly sunny and warm (59 to 71 degrees) with WSW winds at 12 mph. We’ll leave Rosemount at 08:00 and ride northwest to the Minnesota River, then take the Black Dog Lake Trail and roads to Prior Lake, where we’ll stop at Edelweiss Bakery. We’ll return via Lakeville and Farmington.
