Saturday morning, we’ll leave Rosemount at 08:00 and follow our 48-mile Prior Lake route clockwise. We’ll ride through Eagan, Burnsville, and Savage and stop at Edelweiss Bakery in Prior Lake. Hopefully, we can get some fresh pastries. If not, the farmer’s market will be open. It should be sunny with temps from 66 to 77 degrees and a light wind from the west.
